Data protection information for all applicants!

Your application contains personal data (e.g. names, dates of birth, certificates, etc.) that you provide to us for further processing. We take this as consent that we may process the data. The data will be used as follows:

  • Sending the application documents to the responsible head of the department concerned.
  • Review of the documents by a responsible person.
  • The data is protected here against access/inspection by unauthorized persons. External persons will not be informed about the contents of your application.
  • At the end of the application process, the data will either be passed on to the payroll department and processed there in accordance with the instructions - data protection information will then also be included in the employment contract.

 

In the event of a rejection, the application documents will be stored for a period of six months - in case there are any queries/discrepancies and then deleted.

  • You can receive information about the use of the stored data at any time. You can request the correction of your data at any time and have the right to have your data deleted (statutory retention periods must be observed). You also have the right to restrict the processing of your data and the right to data portability (Art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 GDPR)
  • You can also object to the processing of your data at any time.
  • In principle, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
  • No data is forwarded to EU or third countries.
  • All provisions of the GDPR and the BDSG apply - even if these are not listed separately here.
